Let’s Chow Fellow Dan Farina of Farina Pasta Bar featured in New York Post

Army veteran Daniel Lee, owner and CEO of Farina Pasta & Noodle, is in our Chow Truck for the next three years expanding his brick-and-mortar presence in Philadelphia into the competitive Italian food scene of New Jersey. Food truck menu items include vodka sauce with gnocchi, pistachio pesto with spaghetti alla chitarra, gelato, and sorbet!

Let’s Chow’s mission supports veterans, like Dan, in expanding and growing their culinary business all over the country.
