Make a special breakfast.

Dough:

  • 1/2 cup milk,

  • 2 eggs,

  • 1/2 stick butter,

  • 1/3 cup sugar,

  • 3/4 tsp salt,

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract,

  • 3 cups flour,

  • 1/3 cup cornstarch,

  • 2 tsp yeast

Filling:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar,

  • 3 tbsp sugar,

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Icing:

  • 3 ounces cream cheese,

  • 3 tbsp butter,

  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract,

  • 1 cup powdered sugar,

  • 2 tsp milk

Mix dough ingredients together and let rise for 1.5 hours.

Roll out 12 inch x 8 inch rectangles of dough and cover with the filing (mix filling ingredients together while dough is rising).

Roll from one long side to the other then cut into 1 inch cylinders.

Place in a greased baking tray then bake at 350F for 30 min.

Let cool and then frost with the icing.
